During my recent stay, I noticed the successful blend of traditional and modern elements at this hotel. The welcoming decor reminded me of traditional Italian villages, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The proximity to Beco de Batman, the famous open-air graffiti gallery in Vila Madalena, added a touch of local culture to my experience.The staff were attentive and helpful, especially during a late-night inquiry when communication barriers arose. Although the team could benefit from additional customer service training to enhance the overall guest experience, their efforts were commendable. The well-maintained swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, while the layout of the standard rooms was spacious and thoughtfully designed.In terms of location, the hotel's convenience to Vila Madalena's vibrant nightlife scene and various dining options made exploring the area effortless. Additionally, the easy access to transportation hubs allowed for seamless travel around the city. My stay was enjoyable, with notable highlights and areas for improvement.
